Michelle Cederberg

For over 20 years, Health and Productivity Expert Michelle Cederberg has captivated audiences across North America with her empowering and humorous messages that educate busy, driven professionals about how to set chase worthy goals, revive energy, and ignite high performance. As a certified and in-demand speaker, author, coach and consultant, she believes that personal and professional success is directly influenced by how well we harness the physical, mental and emotional capacity we each have within us. She enthusiastically calls on science to help people boost that capacity, so they can work and lead with confidence, and create the life and career they want. Michelle holds a Masters in Kinesiology, a BA in Psychology, a specialization in Health and Exercise Psychology, is a Certified Speaking Professional, Certified Exercise Physiologist and a High-Performance Coach. In 2023 she was inducted into the prestigious Canadian Speaking Hall of Fame. She truly combines mind, body, and practicality to inspire change.
Mark Black
Speaker
Mark Black is the Founder of The Level Up Confernce. He is also the only man in history to have run a marathon with someone else's heart and lungs (Heart and Double-Lung Transplant in 2002). A resilience expert, coach, and author, Mark helps people break through limitations and develop resilience so they can thrive through challenge and change. Mark doesn’t just teach resilience, he embodies it. Born with a life-threatening heart defect, Mark underwent two open-heart surgeries before the age of one. He battled his condition and its limitations for twenty-two years until he was forced to deal with the biggest obstacle of his young life. His doctor informed him that his heart was failing, and without a rare and dangerous heart and double-lung transplant, he would not see his 25th birthday. In 2002, Mark was fortunate that a suitable donor was found. He not only survived the surgery, but less than 3 years later, Mark became the only man in history to run a marathon with someone else’s heart and lungs. Then he did it three more times. Mark is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), a designation held by less than 800 speakers in the world. He has inspired more than 175,000 people in more than 850 presentations, and has worked with global brands including ExxonMobil and Mercedes-Benz, as well as many national and regional associations. Mark lives in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, where he spends as much time as possible with the most important people in his life: his wife Marise and their three children, Emma, Matteo, and Caleb. Julien is a dynamic speaker, relentless optimist, portfolio entrepreneur and business coach who has played a role in founding and fostering over 10 companies to commercial viability. His enthusiasm for entrepreneurism is rivaled only by his passion for learning and teaching. Julien has been reading at least one book a week for over 10 years to continue to bring the newest ideas and disciplines to his clients. Believing that the ‘science of success’ transcends industries, Julien has over 25 years of experience as a sales professional and business leader, having commercialized goods and services in the Food & Beverage, HVAC, Sports Equipment and Medical Device sectors.
